Easy to Use
The analysis methods of the CDR FoodLab® are easier than the traditional, official methods, and can be performed in a few steps. Thanks to this design, the CDR FoodLab® is not only to be used in a laboratory, but also real time in a processing plant by staff with no previous lab experience. The analyzers feature touch screen technology and step-by-step directions through the testing process.
Rapid Results
The CDR FoodLab® line allows you to get accurate, reliable results within minutes.
Reliable
The CDR FoodLab® system and its calibrations, which are correlated to the standard methods, guarantees high sensitivity, a wide measuring range, and excellent repeatability of test results due to its photometric technology utilizing LEDs.
Stay Current
The CDR FoodLab® line utilizes state of the art technology and allows one to stay up-to-date with remote calibration checks, periodic software updates, the ability to store thousands of results, and export results to computer.
Minimal Prep
Thanks to CDR's pre-filled reagent kits, there is no mixing of chemicals, cleaning of glassware, or exposure to highly toxic chemicals, the reagents come pre-filled and ready to use in specialized kits for each test.

Study of the CDR FoodLab® for analysis of milk and dairy products performed by the reference laboratory ACTALIA
The ACTALIA reference laboratory of Poligny (France), specialised in food analysis, has performed an evaluation study of the CDR FoodLab® system on important parameters of quality control in the dairy sector such as: ammonia on serum, urea on milk and lactose on lactose-free milk. The CDR FoodLab® methods were compared to the reference methods, obtaining excellent correlation coefficients.

Correlation Between CDR BeerLab® and official methods for analysis of Beer, Wort, and Water
Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmentaland Animal Sciences of the University of Udine Italy, under the guidance of Dr. Stefano Buiatti, performed:
the evaluation of correlation between the results obtained using CDR BeerLab® and those obtaibed with EBC (European Brewery Convention) official methods
the evaluation of the correlation between the results obtained with the CDR BeerLab® and those obtained with the official methods of analysis on the parameters relating to the quality control of water used in brewing
The methods of CDR BeerLab® for analysis of beer, wort and water provided statistically correlated results (p <0.05) with low standard deviation values indicating good accuracy.
Beer, CDR BeerLab
Evaluation of the correlation between the results
obtained with CDR WineLab® and with the
official methods
The study conducted by Prof. Massimo Innocenti manager of the Applied Electrochemistry Laboratory, Department of Chemistry “Ugo Schiff” of the University of Florence, aims at evaluating the accuracy and precision of the CDR WineLab® analysis system for wine.
All analyses tested with the CDR WineLab ® instrumentation provided results that were statistically correlated with those obtained with the official methods.
The detection limits and the reproducibility of the analyses were comparable or better than those obtained with the official methods.
